Shopping with Nomsy
These terms apply to consumer purchases from our store. Please read the product description, composition, analytical constituents, feeding guide and storage information before ordering. Our current treats are complementary pet food for cats and dogs, not complete meals or food for human consumption. They should be fed in moderation alongside an appropriate complete diet.
Choose a suitable piece size, supervise your pet and follow the label. Ingredient sensitivities and individual needs vary. Our website information does not replace advice from your veterinary professional. These points do not exclude responsibility for unsafe, faulty or misdescribed products.
Orders and payment
Checkout allows you to review your products, contact details and delivery choice before paying. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly accept it earlier. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken for it.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Applicable taxes are included in the price shown; delivery charges are shown separately before you pay. Payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout. We may ask you to correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order. If we cannot agree, we will cancel the affected items and refund payment taken for them.
Product information and availability
We aim to describe our products accurately. Natural ingredients may vary in shape, colour and size, and screen settings affect how images appear. These normal variations do not excuse goods that differ materially from their description. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
If a product becomes unavailable before acceptance, we will contact you and refund the affected amount. Product changes and price updates do not alter an order we have already accepted without your agreement.
Delivery and returns
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery charges and arrangements. Our Refund Policy explains cancellation rights, returns and remedies. Both form part of these terms. You retain all rights available under applicable consumer law.
Offers and accounts
Any additional promotion conditions, including expiry dates and eligible products, are stated with the offer. Keep account access details secure and contact us if you suspect misuse. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity or interference with its operation.
Website content and privacy
Nomsy branding and original website content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping and save information needed for your order. Permission is required for commercial reuse of protected content. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
Responsibility and your rights
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights concerning goods. We supply goods for personal use, rather than business resale.
Complaints and disputes
Please email us with your order number and the problem so we can try to resolve it. English law applies to these terms, but this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections where you live. UK consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their home part of the UK where the law allows.
Changes to these terms
Changes apply to future orders. The terms in place when your order is accepted apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
