Why freeze-dried?
Real ingredients. A little everyday delight.
A favourite flavour, a light texture and a simple way to reward the moments you share. Discover what makes our freeze-dried treats a lovely addition to your pet’s day.
A gentle way to remove moisture.
Freeze-drying starts with freezing the ingredient. Inside a vacuum chamber, the ice turns directly into water vapour. Moisture leaves, creating the light, dry texture you find in the pack.
First, frozen.
The ingredient is frozen before drying begins.
Then, dried under vacuum.
Ice changes directly into vapour through a process called sublimation.
Ready for little rewards.
The result is a lightweight treat, packed and ready to serve according to the label.
Small treats. Plenty to love.
The flavour of the ingredient.
Freeze-drying helps retain the ingredient’s flavour. Each variety has its own character, from chicken and duck to fish and quail egg yolk.
An ingredient list you can read at a glance.
Our current collection is made with single ingredients. Check each product page to find exactly what is inside and choose a flavour your pet enjoys.
A different kind of texture.
Light and dry, with a texture that varies from one ingredient to the next. Choose little cubes or larger pieces to suit your pet, and break them down where needed.
Easy to keep close.
Ready to serve from the pack, with no thawing needed. Keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry place and follow its storage instructions.
Their favourite part of the day.
A reward after a little learning. A quiet moment together. A small sprinkle over their usual food. There is more than one way to make treat time special.

A little goes a long way.
Treat or reward.
Offer a small piece during training, play or a quiet moment together. Choose a size your pet can comfortably manage.
A little extra at mealtime.
If the texture allows, crumble a small amount over their usual complete food. Count it as part of their daily treats.
Keep it balanced.
Nomsy treats are complementary pet food for cats and dogs. Feed in moderation alongside a complete, balanced diet. Follow the pack’s feeding guide, supervise your pet and keep fresh drinking water available.
A few good questions.
Is freeze-dried the same as frozen?
No. Freeze-drying uses freezing as its first step, then removes moisture under a vacuum. The finished treats are dry. Store them as directed on the packaging.
Can these treats replace a meal?
No. Our treats are complementary pet food and are intended as small extras alongside your pet’s complete, balanced diet.
Does freeze-drying keep every nutrient?
Freeze-drying can help retain nutritional value, but it does not guarantee that every nutrient is unchanged. Ingredients and processing conditions matter. See the composition and analytical constituents on each product page or pack.
How should I store and handle them?
Keep them cool and dry, away from direct sunlight, and reseal after opening. Follow the use-by and storage instructions on the pack. Wash your hands, bowls and surfaces after handling. Freeze-drying is a preservation method and does not sterilise food.
